Responsibilities: 1.Create / advance / execute sales strategy and plans to increase sales revenue, own and hit/exceed annual sales target. 2.New accounts development, build and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with existing customers and expand customer base. 3.Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives. 4.Stay up to date with the market trend and complete market research. 5.Provide direction of product development based on customer’s needs and market trend. 6.Formulate product development and merchandising plans, and share plans with Design and Merchandising teams. 7.Meet customers and present products online or on-site with Design and Merchandising teams . 8.Coordinate between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth order and production process.
Qualifications : 1.Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as marketing or business administration. 2.5 to 8 years of senior sales experience in retail/apparel industry, with strong connections with Target, Amazon, Walmart, Macy's, Costco, etc. 3.Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish. 4.Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills 5.Ability to analyze data to find trends and problems. 6.Strong planning and forecasting skills. 7.Relationship management skills and openness to feedback 8.Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills. 9.Computer skills including sales and finance software and expertise in spreadsheets, presentations and databases.
